How to get to our events

All the editions of the “European Brocante and Design Markets of Broglie” take place on the Place Broglie, in the heart of Strasbourg and in an exceptional setting: a historic square lined with trees and remarkable buildings, typical of the architecture of the Neustadt. You will have the pleasure to contemplate the National Opera of the Rhine or the City Hall!

Just a few steps from Place Broglie, the Cathedral stands guard, surrounded by typical Alsatian houses and three museums: the Œuvre-Notre-Dame museum, the Fine Arts museum and the Cabinet des Estampes et des Dessins de Strasbourg. A great way to complete your tour of heritage sites!

In Strasbourg, you can do (almost) everything on foot!

This city of human size conceals many historical charms. The Grande-Île (historic center) and the Neustadt are listed as World Heritage Sites by UNESCO. Strasbourg has been awarded the Ville d’Art et d’Histoire (City of Art and History) label, which distinguishes communities that value their heritage, from the vestiges to contemporary architecture…

Coming to the European Antiques and Design Markets of Broglie

By train

The Strasbourg train station is just a stone’s throw from the city center! About 15 minutes on foot separate you from the place Broglie: take advantage of it to stroll through the historical center!

In the basement of the station, the streetcar bus network allows you to reach very quickly the place Broglie:
> Tram C from Gare Centrale, in the direction of Neuhof Rodolphe Reuss, with stop PLACE BROGLIE.

Are you adventurous?

Rent a Vél’Hop (the City of Strasbourg’s rental bikes) in the basement of the station and discover one of the most bikeable cities in France!

By car

The city of Strasbourg has many parking lots on the edge of the city, each parking lot is served by the bus-tram network; you can also park your vehicle for the day and benefit from a return trip on the streetcar and/or bus for all passengers.

Eating and drinking

Place Broglie is a must-see square in downtown Strasbourg, surrounded by beautiful places to eat: Café Broglie, a Strasbourg institution, and Café de l’Opéra. Both of them will offer you an unobstructed view on the place Broglie.

For a traditional tarte flambée? Go to the Binchstub located between the parking lot and the Place Broglie.

You will find many small shops, bakeries and other tea rooms (Barthelemy, the Weggehiesele, the House of Kougelhopf) directly on the Place Broglie or in its surroundings.
